I adopted Rosscoe in March ‘24 after losing my two older dogs. To not let the grief take over, I did something radical and adopted a puppy! It turned out to be the best decision. I had always adopted older dogs, usually my fosters that didn’t get adopted. He’s a huge, smart, goofy boy who aced his good behavior classes and is good for a laugh a minute. Rosscoe is a fetching fool which helps in the exercising dept. He’s 55 lbs. now and still growing. For giggles, I ordered a DNA panel to discover he is 1/3 American Foxhound, 1/3 Lab Ret and 1/3 Pit Bull. In my biased opinion, he inherited the best traits from all three. He is a daily joy that I’m so lucky to have in my life. The Saving Grace facility was fun to see with dogs roaming free, an area for those needing a quieter space and a puppy area that is heaven.
